She sank very quickly and only the captain and second mate survived from her crew of 14.
The wreck has collapsed to port. The bow sits upright while the stern section lies over to port. Her large single boiler and vertical donkey boiler are the highest parts of the wreck. The spare propeller can be seen on the starboard side close to the boiler.
